How long is a typical rental?
While all of our packages are 3 hours, it’s very common to add extra hours. We can do full day and multi-day events as well. For however long you need a booth, we will be there!
What types of services can you provide with a corporate client?
Lots! It’s our specialty! We can provide customized photo booth wraps with your logo or design, custom printed table skirts, customized backdrops as well as customized prop signs! Let us know what you’re looking to create and we’ll make it come to life.
Do you travel?
Certainly! Our booths are able to be shipped so whether you have a multi-city conference or an out of state wedding that you’d like to see us at, we can certainly be there.
Is there a limit to number of photos and prints?
No, the sky is the limit! We want to be sure all your guests get to walk away with a piece of your event… for every guest that goes into the booth, they will receive a print.
What sort of equipment do you bring with you?
All of our equipment is professional grade, modern and sleek. Not only do we bring our booth, but we also supply our own table that holds the printer and props. We also supply an extension cord (gaffed) and backdrop stand as well. If you ordered a package that includes our photo album, we bring the tape and pens as well.
What types of events does Time Into Pixels Photo Booth do?
We provide service for any and all types of events where you want a touch of entertainment! From wedding photo booths, corporate photo booth rentals, birthday parties, product launches, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteen, grand openings and everything in between.
What sort of backdrops can we choose from?
We have a variety of fun backdrops such as solid colors, glitz and pedal backdrops. Backdrops are subject to availability but are generally in stock. We like to design your photo strip template first and then come up with a backdrop to ensure that everything looks great together.
What’s the social media sharing station?
With our open style photo booth, we can provide a social media sharing station that is separate from the photo booth. Our photo booth can send pictures wirelessly to this station and give your guests the ability to share photos via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter and text message!
Do we have access to the images after the event?
Yes, we do! If the link and password isn’t already written on the photo strip, we always send a follow up e-mail within 48 hours with a link to your gallery, your password and ZIP of all your images. Guests can reorder their prints for a small cost as well through our online gallery.
How long does setup take? What about breakdown?
For setup, we arrive one hour before your rental starts unless otherwise noted. We can arrive earlier in the day for an early setup fee. Breakdown is roughly about 30 minutes.
How much space do you require? Is there anything else we need to supply?
We generally require an 8 foot by 8 foot space for our open style photo booth. Our live hashtag printer requires less room, a 4 foot by 4 foot space. Our slow motion video we require a 10 foot by 10 foot space. Aside from the space where the booth will go, we require one standing 120 volt wall outlet.
